Hello, Friends! Guess what I’m sharing with you today? A yummy blueberry and banana smoothie 😁 This is one of my favorite things to have for breakfast during the summer. It’s healthy, tastes amazing and, despite it being a drink, it actually keeps you full for some time.
This smoothie is cold and refreshing, which makes it perfect for hot summer mornings.. OH! ..and did I mention how easy and quick it is to make?!
I don’t really regard this as a recipe. It’s more of an idea or a how-to. Anyway, I thought it was worth sharing because it’s freaking delicious AND it’s the first drink „recipe” I’ll be sharing on this blog 😊
- 2 ½ – 3 frozen bananas
- 3 cups soy milk
- 250g blueberries
- 4 – 6 dates
- ice (optional)
- Soak the dates in warm water for a few minutes.
- Place all of the ingredients (except the ice) in the blender and pulse until you get a smooth consistency.
- Finally, add in the ice and blend everything again.
